As co-founder of Picture This, Shannon leads the design, delivery and management of low-carbon, long-term rental communities that prioritise inclusivity, placemaking, and resident wellbeing. Picture This' first major project, a 245-home development in Stockport, exemplifies this ethos with Passivhaus design, accessible housing, and integrated community amenities.

Shannon plays an active role in shaping the future of the property sector through her involvement in professional and civic networks. She is a Director on the board of Women in Property, and sits on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s Housing, Planning and Ageing Steering Group, supporting regional strategy around age-friendly and inclusive development.
